It's easy to exchange or return your purchases!

Products purchased on our piaparis.com website can be exchanged up to 30 days after the date of receipt. We accept unworn products, accompanied by the original PIAPARIS packaging.

Refund policy
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract or delivery of the goods.

If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at customercare@piaparis.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. You are responsible for return postage costs.
